Before we begin
- Please submit renovation floor plans and photos of your space prior to the first meeting.
- After booking, I’ll reach out personally to request all required materials.
- A letter of agreement will be sent before any design deliverables begin.
- Daydream reserves the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund if the project is outside scope.
Cancellation policy
48-hour notice — no charge
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your call — no fee, full flexibility.
Late cancellation — 50% fee
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee. Rescheduling is always encouraged.
No-show — full charge
Missed calls without prior notice are charged in full.

Once deliverables begin, refunds are not available.
